What are the top 3 questions potential customers usually ask about your services?
Can you stop at more than one place?
Of course! Make your order for the grocery store, picking up supper, and the pharmacy. We will do it all. We serve one client at a time, so there are no mishaps between separate orders.
Can I schedule an order for another day?
Yes, absolutely. This is especially helpful if you want to have your order early in the morning. Just remember that there are restrictions on when certain departments or stores open. We will do it as early as we can.
What if I forgot something? Can I add it before you deliver?
If your driver is at the store where you have forgotten something, our customer service representative can certainly try to talk to them and add it to your order. Once they have gone to the register, we cannot add anything else at that stop.
What are the biggest hesitations or concerns customers have before using Jantilly Handlers?
Canadian Customers: Am I really just e-transferring the money to you?
Yes, it's that simple. There are two charges: one is for the purchases, and the other is for our services: customer service representative, shopper, and delivery services. The second one covers the time they spent shopping, the mileage from the store to your home, and any tip you provide. The tip goes directly to your shopper and/or driver 100%.
You say that charges are transparent: What do you get paid?
Here is the breakdown: $7.50 billed in 15-minute increments, $2.50 0-7km, and then $2.50 for each additional 3 km and then you decide the tip.
What are the most important things customers should know about Jantilly Handlers before booking?
We are a full-service provider. More than that - you are family to us. Our shoppers are trained on how to get the best produce and check expiry dates on everything to ensure that you are truly getting the best you can get. If we wouldn't put it on our table, it won't go into your cart.
What else should customers know about Jantilly Handlers?
We refuse to charge fees for things like leaving a tip, outrageous amounts to request a specific driver, or markups from the stores we shop at. If we have the membership - you are welcome to use it. We have a Costco membership: we will go and shop there for you. You will get every sale price that is available to members of any store where we shop.
